5D workpiece stop system ESSET Design: Body made of anodised aluminium, clamping lever with plastic-coated die-cast zinc. The stop has a modular design and can be freely rotated and moved across 5 axes . Several units can be combined. With 2-step adjustment mechanism and one stop plate to be used as internal stop (grooves, etc.). Application: Can be used for many machining operations on drilling and milling machines. Can be uses as internal and external stop. Can be combined with double stop as a multiple system design, so that several units can be bundled together. Hooked, ball or fork stop heads can be manufactured for specific conditions.
